Emmery Myers would've had you believe that he's a valiant class warrior that only puts slumlords in the hospital.

The reality is grimmer.

Emmery Myers is an abuser & has a long history of violent incidents (some of which are public record) - including domestic violence.

Emmery claims to have learned from his first case of DV, but the evidence tells otherwise.

He was charged with domestic battery, and interfering with reporting of DV in 2003. Mama Myers bailed him out. The charges are listed as dismissed.

Seems that those lessons stuck so little on his head that it only took a year to be back dealing with justice.

A year later (2004), Emmery is charged with battery & aggravated battery in a public place.

He pleads guilty to the lesser misdemeanor charge.

That wasn't the last incident where Emmery is involved in alleged DV (victim likely his then wife & mother of his children).

In 2009, he seems to take a plea deal for even more domestic battery charges. He served brief jail time, attended a DV program, and paid fines.

In 2016, the person we believe to be the 2009 DV survivor gets a restraining order against Emmery.

Circumstances are unclear, but we do know there was an ongoing legal battle regarding child support at around this time.

In 2019, not too long after allegedly putting his slumlord in the hospital, Emmery allegedly gets violent again.

He is charged with domestic battery and fleeing in his car to avoid arrest.

He pleads guilty to the lesser charge of reckless driving.

In 2021, Emmery's 2009 DV victim gets an emergency restraining order.

The circumstances around this are unclear.

These are just SOME of the cases we've found. There are more cases out there.

Emmery can spin his story as much as he wants. What's publicly known shows an ongoing trajectory of violence.

He hasn't changed. He just now sees trans women as an acceptable target for his violence.
