Today, Nicole Shanahan revealed that she is in contact with a government whistleblower who wants to expose the truth about geoengineering.
“They’ve given me information that could shed real light on these programs, who’s behind them, where the funding is coming from, and what we can do to stop them.”
The whistleblower has held “high-level security clearances” and worked with the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, NOAA, and the Intelligence Community.
“They told me that despite President Trump’s 2020 directive to halt taxpayer-funded climate change initiatives, federal grants for solar radiation management (SRM), stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), and other geoengineering technologies are still being issued.”
Shanahan revealed that the whistleblower exposed “millions of taxpayer dollars flowing to universities” for geoengineering projects.
One organization, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), “has received more than $230 million in direct federal awards.”
“This network of programs is far more advanced and coordinated than the public has been led to believe.”
In 2023, the Biden administration published a report that revealed NOAA, NASA, the National Science Foundation (NSF), the US Geological Survey (USGS), and the Department of Energy (DOE) are involved.
A 1979 report revealed “nearly 100 geoengineering projects.”
“These included hurricane manipulation, radioactive and electromagnetically enhanced fog dispersal, microwave chaff deployment, supersonic ice nucleation, and convention cloud seeding operations.”
In 1964, a congressional hearing included “astonishing testimony” about federal geonengineering efforts.
“As early as 1959, the NSF was funding large-scale cloud seeding programs.”
Then, Senator Clinton Anderson quoted a dark warning delivered by Dr. John von Neumann, a member of the Atomic Energy Commission.
Von Neumann reportedly warned that “weather manipulation, not the ICBM, would be the ultimate weapon for the protection of the free world.”
Dr. Irving Langmuir, a “Nobel Prize-winning chemist and early cloud seeding researcher,” also warned that weather control was a greater long-term threat than missiles.
Ten years later, in 1974, lawmakers expressed “strong support” for a “ban on the use of environmental and geophysical modification as ‘weapons of war.’”
But the Executive Branch was not on board.
“Testimony revealed that the Department of Defense held primary authority over weather warfare programs, all of which required at least Top Secret clearance.”
The DoD lobbied for any international treaty to include “vague or flexible language” that would keep them out of any binding prohibitions.
Dr. Gordon MacDonald warned that this technology could even be used as “tools of psychological manipulation.”
“He described the potential for global-scale manipulation of neurological states, provoking erratic behavior, disrupting cognition, and generating widespread adverse psychological effects.”
And it’s not just the government funding geoengineering projects.
“The fossil fuel industry has also taken a seat at the geoengineering table.”
“ExxonMobil, Shell, and BP have all lobbied for solar radiation modification” so they can “continue emissions-heavy operations without regulatory consequence.”
“In addition, elite private foundations like the Simons Foundation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and Bill Gates’ Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research (FICER) are all actively funding projects.”
Shanahan warned that Bill Gates’ geoengineering project is “particularly alarming.”
David Keith, the man in charge of disbursing funds at FICER, has “publicly acknowledged that these activities could result in the premature deaths of at least 10,000 people annually.”
“Still, he continues to advocate for expanding these technologies.”
Shanahan: “Sadly, these deaths may not be purely speculative.”
The particles released in stratospheric aerosol injection are “linked to a range of neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular conditions.”
The release of these particles is associated with “rising asthma rates, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and even endocrine disruption.”
Now, the EPA is finally ready to reveal the truth about geoengineering.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin just pledged to release everything that his agency knows about geoengineering.
“Everything we know about contrails to solar geoengineering will be in there.”
“Instead of simply dismissing these questions and concerns as baseless conspiracies, we’re meeting them head-on.”
“I want you to know everything I know about these topics—without any exception."
Nicole Shanahan called for three major actions to end the growing crisis caused by geoengineering.
First, she called for President Trump to sign an Executive Order that “immediately bans all forms of geoengineering until an independent and publicly accountable review is conducted.”
Second, she called on Congress to launch an “inquiry into every agency and institution … that currently participates in or funds” geoengineering projects.
Third, she supports a Constitutional Amendment “guaranteeing the right to unaltered weather in America.”
