🚨 ELECTION FRAUD WIN 🚨

The Michigan Supreme Court just handed the GOP a major victory:

Republicans CAN sue over cities rigging partisan poll worker counts.

Democrats stacked the deck in Flint.

Now they’ll have to answer for it. 🧵

2/ In 2022, Flint appointed 562 poll workers.

Only 57 were Republicans.

That’s not an accident—it’s a violation of Michigan law, which requires partisan balance in every polling place.

But why would Democrats care about a silly little thing like the law? Or fair elections?

3/ The GOP submitted qualified Republican poll workers.

Flint rejected them.

This wasn’t oversight—it was suppression.

It gave Democrats full control of vote counting in one of Michigan’s most important cities.

I guess they were protecting "Our Democracy".

4/ Lower courts tried to block the case.

They said the Michigan GOP and RNC “lacked standing.”

Translation: No one may challenge our fraud.

One judge said the GOP’s interest was no different than “the public at large.”

As if the public shouldn't be able to challenge this

5/ Now the Michigan Supreme Court has reversed.

5–1. On a Court with only ONE Republican!

It ruled the GOP and RNC have a “special right and substantial interest” in ensuring partisan parity in elections.

Because it’s literally part of their legal duties.

6/ Judge Kathleen Jansen (dissenting earlier) nailed it:

“Plaintiffs have unique interests... to assure that any Republican candidate is fairly and equally treated during the counting process.”

The Supreme Court agreed.

7/ This is a precedent-setting win.

Election boards can’t just ignore Republican volunteers and pack counting rooms with Democrats.

The case now returns to trial—where Flint officials will be forced to explain themselves under oath.
