However, 97% don’t use it effectively.

Here are 10 Gmail hacks you should know:

Regret sending that email? You can fix it in 30 seconds. Here’s what to do:

Click the settings icon (top right).

Go to Settings > General.

Turn on 'undo send'.

Select 30 seconds. No more email errors!

Remove promotional emails.

Enter "unsubscribe" in the Gmail search bar.

Choose all emails marked with the unsubscribe tag.

Click the delete button to delete them all.

3. Send a confidential email.

To make it private, disable copying, printing, and forwarding.

Click the padlock symbol when you send a new email to turn these features off.

Check your Gmail offline. To turn on offline mode, follow these steps:

Log in to your Gmail account.

Click the gear icon or "Quick Settings."

Choose "See all settings."

Select "Offline."

Send your email later. Act like you're working (even if you aren’t). Gmail has a scheduling feature:

Click the down arrow next to ‘Send.’

Select ‘Schedule Send.’

Choose your desired date and time.

Snooze an email. If you want to postpone an email, set a reminder.

Tap the clock icon on the right.

Pick how long to snooze the email.

It will come back to your inbox on that date.

Use Labels Labels can organize your emails well.

You can create custom labels for emails like “Work,” “Personal,” or “Travel.”

To do this, click the “Labels” button in the toolbar. Then, choose the label you want to apply.

Create Templates. Make custom email templates quickly:

Click Compose.

Type your text in the email field.

Tap the three-dot menu, then select Templates.

Choose Save draft as template, then Save as new template.

9. Save important emails (don’t delete them!).
