He’ll host Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan + Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for the signing.
3/ The conflict goes back to the late ’80s over Nagorno-Karabakh.
Thousands dead.
Two full-scale wars since the Soviet collapse in 1991.
Dozens of failed peace attempts by past U.S., Russian, & European leaders.
4/ Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, worked for months behind the scenes — visiting the region in March — to bring both sides to the table.
