🚨 BREAKING: Appeals Court Removes Block on DOGE Data Access
DOGE is part of the White House. The Constitution gives all executive power to the President. He has 100% right to see ALL government data.
So why did a Democrat judge block Trump from doing just that?
THREAD🧵
2/ Trump created DOGE to modernize federal software, slash waste, and force agencies to work like the private sector.
It's rooted out $200 BILLION in waste and fraud so far.
So of course, the bureaucrats & unions sued to keep DOGE from finding their secrets (with YOUR $$$).
3/ One Democrat judge (Deborah Boardman) sided with them — blocking DOGE from accessing records at:
• Dept. of Education
• Treasury
• Office of Personnel Management
The effect? Stop the audits before they find anything, and hide things as fast as possible.
4/ Blocking the President from accessing data on his own branch of government is like blocking doctors from operating rooms, or firemen from water.
It's absurd. It's unconstitutional. And she knows it.
Now, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has stepped in.
5/ The ruling:
• DOGE’s work is legal under the Privacy Act
• Admin-level access is necessary to modernize outdated systems
Oh, and the President gets to decide who sees what data. Duh.
6/ This isn’t the first win.
In June, SCOTUS lifted another block — this time on DOGE’s access to the Social Security Administration.
The left knows: if Musk & Trump clean house, a LOT of skeletons come out, and a LOT of slush funds dry up.

7/ DOGE is the most serious threat to DC’s waste machine in decades. And now, it’s back in business.
It's saved more than 10% of the federal deficit so far. And that's with this block in place!
Now it's Katy bar the door.
