I’ve made $3M publishing 1,500 books on Amazon.

Now my girlfriend wants to make $10K/month writing books.

Rule 1. Don’t think like a writer.

Writers care about art.

Publishers care about readers finding the book and buying it.

If you want sales, you need to think:
• Who is my ideal reader?
• What problem or desire will this book solve?

This one shift made me $27K in a single month recently (proof👇🏻):

2. Write shorter books.

My girlfriend loves chunky 400-page novels.

Problem is… readers don’t finish them.

Short books are faster to create and easier to read.

100–200 page eBooks that solve real problems = printing money.

3. AI is your assistant, not your enemy.

She was skeptical.
“AI? Isn’t that cheating?”

No. It’s leverage.

With the right prompts and tools, you can produce a high-quality eBook in under 24 hours.

AI gives you speed.
You bring the insight and quality control.

4. Great books don't sell without great covers.

She once told me, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Amazon shoppers didn’t get that memo.

The best content in the world won’t sell if it doesn’t look like a bestseller.

Options:
• Canva
• Ideogram
• Or hire a pro designer

A great cover is marketing you only pay for once.

5. Quality control is your job

AI can write, but it can’t think like your ideal reader.

Before uploading:
• Run plagiarism checks
• Fact-check every claim
• Add personal stories or unique insights only you can provide

6. Build a publishing pipeline

I don’t write 1,500 books by accident.

Here’s my system:
• Research niches (AI-assisted)
• Outline (AI-assisted)
• Write/edit
• Upload
• Repeat

The boring part?

Most of my books follow the exact same process.

And that’s the point.

Consistency beats creativity in publishing income.

Numbers matter:

If your average book earns $300/month…
→ 10 books = $3K/month
→ 34 books = $10.2K/month

Some niches do better, some worse... but the math never lies.

7/ Don’t go solo.

I wasted months guessing what worked.
