Mrs. Anthony’s post got me digging to learn more about the Democratic Socialists of America.

Simply put, it isn’t good.
I have 7 things you need to see below 👇

The “RINO3,” and their consultant who is active in the @NCGOP endorsed her for Mayor Pro Tem and replaced our Republican Mayor Pro Tem who’s a good man and a long time police officer.

With people like these, our party will not win. We have a city, state and country to protect. We must do something.

They need to all be censured by the county and state Republican party because this is an indictment on all of them at this point.

1. Defund the Police

🚨 The Democratic Socialists of America openly call to defund the police by cutting budgets annually “towards zero.”
They also push to end qualified immunity, eliminate police from hospitals and schools, and strip away union protections.

👉 This isn’t reform—it’s dismantling law enforcement as we know it.

2. Freedom for All Incarcerated People

⚖️ The DSA platform demands freedom for all incarcerated people, including:
•Freeing people from “involuntary confinement”
•Ending pre-trial detention and parole violations

👉 In plain terms: this means emptying prisons and ending accountability for repeat offenders.

3. Disarm & End Cooperation with ICE

🔓 DSA wants to disarm law enforcement officers—including police and private security.
They also push to end all cooperation with ICE, stop immigration detention, and eliminate deportations.

👉 Their plan: weaken police power and erase immigration enforcement entirely.

4. Federal Jobs Guarantee

💼 The DSA calls for a federal jobs guarantee, meaning “work for all who want it” funded by taxpayers.
Every person would be placed in a government job—even if the private sector already meets employment needs.

👉 Translation: massive expansion of federal control over the workforce.

5. Immigration & Voting Rights

🌎 According to the DSA, immigrants in the U.S. live under apartheid conditions.
Their demands include:
•Labor rights for all, regardless of immigration status
•Legalization and voting rights for all living in the U.S.

👉 That means non-citizens voting in U.S. elections and full legal protections for illegal immigrants.

6. Reparations & End to E-Verify

💰 DSA demands reparations legislation funded by city, state, and federal budgets.
They also want to abolish E-Verify, allowing employers to legally hire anyone regardless of immigration status.

👉 In short: taxpayer-funded reparations + open hiring for undocumented workers.

7. Medicare for All (Single-Payer)

🏥 DSA’s healthcare plan:
•One government-run health program
•Comprehensive coverage (dental, vision, mental health, long-term care, prescriptions)
•No premiums, no deductibles, no copays—ever
•Coverage for all residents, including non-citizens

👉 A complete government takeover of healthcare, funded through massive tax increases.
