🚨 FEDERAL COURT UPHOLDS TEXAS BAN ON CHINESE LAND OWNERSHIP

A federal court just DISMISSED the challenge to Texas’ new law blocking citizens of foreign adversaries from buying up our land.

This is the toughest ban in America — and it just survived its first legal attack. 🧵👇

2/ The law (SB 17), signed by Gov. Greg Abbott, bans property ownership by nationals of:

🇨🇳 China
🇮🇷 Iran
🇷🇺 Russia
🇰🇵 North Korea

That includes farmland, homes, commercial properties, water rights, and mineral resources.

3/ Two Chinese students on visas sued Texas AG Ken Paxton, claiming the law was “discriminatory.”

The judge tossed their case. Why?

Because the law only applies to non-domiciled foreign nationals — NOT legal residents.

Of course Democrats make no distinction.

4/ @KenPaxtonTX:

“There is no state interest in preventing persons who are legally living in Texas as their true home from purchasing or leasing real estate. These persons are no threat… They are welcome to settle here.”

The law targets CCP influence, not legal immigrants.

“This is the toughest ban in America on preventing the sale of our land to individuals and companies from China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia.”

And the danger is very real, as CCP agents buy up land near U.S. military bases.

🇺🇸 Sen. Josh Hawley & Rep. Mary Miller are pushing to take this nationwide.

We might as well have the Japanese buying land next to Pearl Harbor in 1941.
