Hey everyone,

If you're wondering how to get your SARS-CoV-2 antibody levels tested, here's what I did:

Here in the US, the best option I could find is this specific test at Labcorp:

SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile, Nucleocapsid and Spike
Test # 160236

It has to be this *specific* Labcorp test - # 160236.

I've had other antibody tests done, both at Labcorp and Quest, and none of them gave the level of information I wanted.

(They either cut off at 2500 U/mL, or just say "positive" without giving you a number at all).

Personally, I wanted to know my exact number of anti-spike antibodies, so I could track changes over time.

Labcorp test # 160236 includes a measurement for SARS-CoV-2 Spike Ab Dilution, which allows you to get a much higher numerical value than other tests.

My results here:

I think it's highly possible that high antibody levels could be a sign of SARS-CoV-2 persistence in Long COVID.

I've been tracking mine and seeing them decline as I improve on antiviral treatments

Link to the specific Labcorp test is here! Again it has to be *this one* specifically to get a numerical value!
