🚨 TRUMP JUST DID IT AGAIN.

Last night, President Trump CUT ANOTHER $4.9 BILLION in foreign aid—using a bold maneuver that bypasses Congress.

It's called a "pocket rescission".

American tax dollars will no longer bankroll globalist schemes. America First is back. 🧵

2/ How did he do it?

👉 By using a rare move called a “pocket rescission.”
If Congress doesn’t act before the fiscal year ends (Sept. 30), the money simply expires.

Better yet: it's removed from the budget baseline for next year!

Result: taxpayers save billions, permanently.

3/ This isn’t the first cut.

✅ In July, Trump used a rescission bill to slash $9.4 billion in foreign aid & public broadcaster funding.

Now another $4.9 billion is gone.

That’s nearly $15 billion in just two swipes—and the end of USAID and PBS/NPR.

4/ Of course Democrats are furious.

Chuck Schumer called Trump’s cuts “proof” Republicans are “rejecting bipartisanship.”

Translation: Schumer is mad that elections have consequences.

Odd that he never felt so "bipartisan" when he ran the Senate.

5/ Remember: every dollar spent on foreign aid is a dollar NOT spent on…

🇺🇸 Securing our border
🇺🇸 Rebuilding our cities
🇺🇸 Supporting veterans & families
🇺🇸 Repaying our national debt

Trump gets it. Charity begins at home. It has to.

6/ And here’s the kicker:

Pocket rescissions are so rare the last attempt was in 1983 under Ronald Reagan.

Trump is the first president since Reagan bold enough to use it—on a much bigger scale.

If it sticks, get ready for FAR more next year.

7/ Bottom line:

Trump just cut billions in America Last foreign aid without a single vote from Congress.

But the means is even more important than the cuts. If this works, the President just clawed back BIG budget powers!

Not power to spend. Power to CUT.💥
