Do not focus on TESTOSTERONE alone, focus on ANDROGEN RECEPTOR'S SENSITIVITY.

1. Basic overview of how TESTOSTERONE works

• Testosterone enters the cell and attaches to the Androgen Receptor (AR)

• Together, they move into the CELL NUCLEUS

• Inside they cause certain GENE EXPRESSION (associated with male dimorphism)

Examples of these traits:

• Hair Growth
• Deeper voice & aggression
• Muscle Growth & Bone Density

2. Why Sensitivity Matters

Without proper Androgen Receptor Sensitivity…

7. Avoid Soy Products

They contain PHYTOESTROGENS -> plant compounds that are similar to HUMAN ESTROGEN.
