The DOJ has now opened a formal CRIMINAL mortgage fraud probe into former Fed Governor Lisa Cook.
Grand juries in Georgia & Michigan. Indictment likely.

2/ Cook allegedly lied on multiple mortgages, claiming “primary residence” to score lower interest rates—while renting the homes out!
That’s fraud. And it’s exactly the kind of scheme that fueled the 2008 housing crash.
Meanwhile, she regulates...mortgage rates?!
3/ Federal Housing Finance Director Bill @Pulte blew the whistle last month with a criminal referral.
Now DOJ investigators are looking at:
– Mortgage fraud
– Insurance fraud
– Wire fraud
– Bank fraud
– Mail fraud
– Tax fraud
A full house of crimes.
@pulte 4/ Trump already FIRED Lisa Cook last month, citing “false statements” on two mortgages.
She sued, claiming “clerical errors” and that Presidents don't have the power to fire...officials of the Executive Branch.
Megyn Kelly’s response?

@pulte 5/ Evidence shows she has multiple houses—all listed as her “primary residence”—that are actually rented to tenants.
That’s not a clerical error. That’s intentional deception to pocket cheaper mortgage rates.
@pulte 6/ Cook’s lawyer is Abbe Lowell (yes, Hunter Biden’s lawyer), if that tells you anything.
And it's not just Cook.
👉 DOJ also has mortgage fraud probes into Adam Schiff & Letitia James.
This is systemic. Because Democrats knew they could get away with anything.
Not anymore.

• It distorts housing markets.
• It shifts costs onto honest borrowers.
• And in 2008, it helped trigger the financial meltdown.
That would be enough.
But public corruption is even worse.
And remember: no one is above the law.

“I swore an oath before the Senate that I would root out mortgage fraud. I won’t stop just because someone has the title of Fed Governor.”
Exactly right. Titles don’t make you untouchable.
