🚨 ACTBLUE SCANDAL BLOWS OPEN 🚨
Investigators just subpoenaed ActBlue’s top lawyers in a massive donor fraud probe.
Foreign money. Stolen identities. 1,900+ shady transactions.

2/ The three lawyers include:
– Darrin Hurwitz (former general counsel)
– Aaron Ting (ex-associate general counsel)
– An unnamed ActBlue counsel
They’ll be grilled under oath in October. Dates are set: Oct. 15, 21, and 28.
3/ Turns out, ActBlue’s fraud “prevention” team allegedly did the exact opposite of its job.
👉 They relaxed donation standards.
👉 They ignored security checks.
👉 They told staff to “look for reasons to accept contributions.”
No matter how obviously fraudulent they were.
4/ Example: ActBlue let donations process without CVV codes!
That’s like leaving the vault wide open. Any bad actor—domestic or foreign—could funnel cash in with zero verification.
And they did—unbelievable amounts, straight to key Democrats.

5/ Internal docs show the rot went deeper.
Guidelines allowed 14–28 fraudulent contributions PER MONTH.
But between Feb 2022 & Nov 2024, staff flagged 1,900 suspicious transactions.
ActBlue let it ride.
And they DIDN'T flag a whole lot more.
6/ The kicker?
They allegedly used Americans’ names and personal info without consent to launder money through the platform.
One man allegedly made 57,138 contributions — one transaction every 1.3 days — totaling $234,441!
It's not just money laundering: it's identity theft!
7/ ActBlue isn’t some side hustle.
It’s the Democrat Party’s lifeline. Billions flow through it. If fraud is proven, the fallout hits every level of their machine.
This isn’t just bookkeeping. It’s election integrity & public corruption.
It's also another way Democrats cheat.
8/ Bottom line:
ActBlue isn’t above the law.
Fraud is fraud.
Illegal foreign money and stolen identities have bankrolled Democrats for years.
