The conspiracy theorists were right again.
Congress just quietly held a hearing on geoengineering—and it’s a bombshell.
The military sprayed cancerous chemicals over St. Louis in the 1950s.
They sprayed silver iodide in the Vietnam War to create monsoons and landslides.
Now, geoengineering projects threaten to ruin our crops, spread chronic disease, or even plunge the world into a new Ice Age.

This is no longer a conspiracy theory—it’s a threat to all forms of life on Earth:

The media has told us for years that geoengineering is nothing more than a “conspiracy theory”—but the conspiracy theorists were just proven right, again.
This hearing, led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, is groundbreaking:🧵
First, Rep. MTG exposed that the US government has a “long history of experimenting with weather modification”—including literally weaponizing the weather in the Vietnam War.
Today, programs are being funded by Bill Gates.
In 1947, the military and General Electric tried to “intercept a hurricane off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida.”
In the 50s and 60s, the US Army “admitted to spraying a mysterious chemical fog over a neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri, which residents now claim it is giving them cancer.”
In the 60s and 70s, Project Stormfury included efforts to “weaken hurricanes by seeding clouds with silver iodide.”
During the Vietnam War, Operation Popeye tried to weaponize weather modification by creating monsoons to aid the US war effort.
Now, weather modification is becoming commercialized—which would transform it into a “vastly larger enterprise, and profitable.”
“Venture capitalists are already trying to get rich backing companies, like Make Sunsets, which inject aerosols into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight back into space.”
“Despite the profound questions around geoengineering, the scientific community is pressing ahead and they are getting financial support to do so from universities and left-leaning philanthropists, like Bill Gates.”

Meteorologist Christopher Martz testified to break down contrails, weather modification, and geoengineering—and why he believes geoengineering should be PROHIBITED.
First, contrails.
“Contrails are line-shaped ice crystal clouds that form at altitudes about 20,000 feet behind aircraft.”
“The exhaust from aircraft is primarily composed of invisible water vapor, CO2, and tiny particulates such as soot, which act as cloud condensation nuclei, which make it easier for water vapor in the air to condense onto those surfaces and form droplets, which then freeze and form these artificial cirrus clouds.”
Martz alleged that there is “no compelling evidence that contrails are being deliberately created to alter weather patterns or block out the sun’s energy.”
@ChrisMartzWX
Second, Martz broke down weather modification, which is a “completely different issue—and it is very real.”
Nine states “actively facilitate cloud seeding programs,” while Florida and Tennessee have BANNED it.
“It is the deliberate attempt to alter local weather patterns.”
“The most common example of this is cloud seeding, and there’s two different methods of cloud seeding.”
“One is injecting clouds … in the summertime with these hygroscopic water-attracting particles like salt to increase rainfall.”
“The other option is in the wintertime—especially in the Intermountain West, which has faced water storage problems for the last 25 years due to drought and also increased water demand from a growing population—they inject wintertime clouds with dry ice and silver iodide to increase snowpack.”
“The federal government has been involved in cloud seeding since the 1940s … but the results of these in the long term have been inconclusive.”
Third, Martz revealed that geoengineering is a “different issue” from contrails and weather modification—and it’s the most dangerous.
“It’s the proposed attempt to counteract global warming by either removing CO2 from the atmosphere or altering the amount of sunlight that reaches the Earth’s surface, the latter of which is a very controversial topic.”
“Stratospheric aerosol injection is the most widely researched SRM method.”
“It involves the addition of sulfur dioxide mainly into the stratosphere, and that chemical, SO2, then reacts and becomes highly reflective sulfate aerosols which block out solar radiation.”
“This will be very similar to the cooling effects induced by major volcanic eruptions.”
Then, Rep. MTG took the mic to expose that there are “very little rules and regulations” on geoengineering projects.
Companies are not even required to list every chemical they’re injecting into our skies.
“These companies that perform cloud seeding and other types of geoengineering projects have to fill out forms from NOAA.”
“They have to list what agents they’re using.”
“There is a category that simply says ‘other’—and they don’t have to even fill out what ‘other’ means.”
Martz revealed that injecting sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere can “reduce crop yields” and “create acid rain.”
Martz: “Sulfur dioxide, if it is injected into the stratosphere, obviously it blocks out solar radiation, and so that … could reduce crop yields.”
“[Plants] need water and CO2.”
“There’s also concerns that if it gets into the troposphere, it could create acid rain.”
“That is called acid deposition into the soil, and that … harms plant and animal life as well.”
Next, Martz warned that releasing silver iodide into our skies threatens all forms of life on Earth.
Rep. Burchett: “Can you explain what cloud seeding is?”
Martz: “Cloud seeding is the attempt to enhance rainfall or snow pack on a very localized scale.”
Rep. Burchett: “Localized meaning?”
Martz: “We’re talking like on a few kilometers scale.”
Rep. Burchett: “Are the materials used in cloud seeding safe?”
Martz: “There are some concerns with silver iodide and how when it precipitates out into the soil, there’s concerns that it can negatively affect marine life, aquatic life, terrestrial life, because of the release of silver at high concentrations.”
“As far as the dry ice method of it, those pellets sublimate into CO2, that’s a harmless method.”
Rep. Burchett: “Would you feel comfortable drinking a glass of water with several parts per million of silver iodide in it?”
Martz: “I probably would not want to do that, no.”
Rep. Burchett: “Are states seeing measurable successes in cloud seeding?”
Martz: “Not on a very large scale.”
“On a localized scale, there is some evidence that these state-wide efforts, especially in the Intermountain West in Colorado, can increase like the snow pack or precipitation by up to 15%.”
“Their range is zero to about 20%, based on the peer reviewed studies that I have read, but there’s not a 100% success rate with that.”
“That being said, I don’t think that we should be trying to do that.”

In July, Nicole Shanahan exposed secret deep state geoengineering projects going back to the 1950s.
And it’s not just weather control.
She revealed advanced tech for mass “psychological manipulation.”

Now, back to the hearing … 🧵
Injecting sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere, Martz warned, could spark “global cooling” and risk plunging the Earth into a new Ice Age.
“To my knowledge, there’s not any sort of solar geoengineering that’s being done worldwide.”
“There have been some attempts that have been shut down, such as the University of Washington project—which I think got 20 minutes in before it was halted.”
“But there is the proposed attempt … to inject primarily sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere … and sulfur dioxide reacts with other gases in the atmosphere and it forms sulfate aerosols which are highly reflective.”
“If it were to be implemented, it could cause significant global cooling that would counteract the warming that we’ve seen over the last 100 years.”
“But we know what the climate was like during the last Ice Age.”
“We know what the winters were like in 1850. It was not a very pleasant time.”
“So, claims that today’s climate is not ideal compared to then are just false.”

Finally, Rep. MTG noted that the conspiracy theorists were right—again.
Now, efforts to block out sunlight risk disrupting our circadian rhythm, weakening our immune systems, and killing our crops.
“If you even questioned that someone could control the weather, you were labeled a conspiracy theorist.”
“Then they changed the message to, ‘it’s not hurting anyone, and it is to provide water for people.’”
“Now they’ve come full circle around to the point that modifying the weather is how they save the planet.”
“These life-giving rays of the sun provide essential functions to the human body, including the strengthening of the immune system, inflammation reduction, strengthening of bone health, and so much more.”
“The effects of the human body of a lack of sun exposure include irregular circadian rhythm, depression and mental illness, deficiency in bone strength, which can lead to a form of tuberculosis, and many more health problems.”
“Not to mention the potential damage done to the plant and animal life, as well as the possible ozone depletion, and … potentially cooling the Earth could also cause people to freeze to death, crops to die, and could literally lead to killing millions and millions of people.”

Now, back to the thread—Rep. MTG closed by revealing her groundbreaking new bill to END geoengineering:🧵 holdenculotta.com
Rep. MTG has proposed the Clear Skies Act to “END weather modification and geoengineering.”
“I don’t believe planet Earth is a lab and I don’t believe people are lab rats.”
“I believe that people have the right and they have the God-given right to have clean air, clean skies, clean water, and clean food.”
