Introducing Virtuals Robotics.
1/ Since inception, Virtuals’ north star has always been to build a society of AI agents. A network where agents can coordinate, transact, and create value.
(1) Through ACP, we enabled agent-to-agent commerce.
(2) Through Butler, we bridged human-to-agent collaboration.
(3) Through Unicorn, we solved capital formation for agents.
Each layer extended the reach of digital intelligence. Now, that network expands into the physical world through Robotics, where intelligence gains presence and action becomes material.
2/ AI has automated reasoning, blockchain enables large-scale coordination, and robotics now approaches physical execution.
Together, these three forces close the circuit, forming a self-sustaining system where thoughts, actions, and transactions can propagate autonomously.
This convergence defines agentic GDP (aGDP), the aggregate output of humans, agents, and machines cooperating across both digital and physical domains.
3/ Our entry into robotics began through our internal venture arm, investing in frontier teams at the intersection of perception, control, and automation. Those early experiments revealed two fundamental bottlenecks limiting embodiment:
(1) Data: embodied AI cannot learn to perceive or act effectively without rich spatial datasets.
(2) Capital: robotics innovation remains slow and fragmented without scalable financing.
Solving both is essential to accelerate physical intelligence.
4/ Virtuals takes what we call the Middle Way in robotics.
Rather than competing in hardware or model development, we focus on the invisible levers that make embodiment inevitable, building the data and capital infrastructure that powers the ecosystem.
(1) Through SeeSaw, our egocentric data platform, we’re redefining how the world is captured and learned, enabling robots to see and understand space through human-recorded experience.
(2) Through Unicorn, we’re reimagining how frontier technologies are financed.
5/ As these systems converge, Virtuals evolves beyond an digital agent platform into a full-stack engine for intelligence, embodied or otherwise.
If the last decade was defined by information, the next will be defined by embodiment, the moment when thought reclaims form.
With robotics, the internet of agents extends into the physical world, completing the loop between intelligence, coordination, and presence.
