WHY AMERICA REALLY NEEDS
THE GAZA CEASEFIRE
Trump’s Gaza deal is actually the first step in a grand global plan, one that could define who controls the next world order.
But did Israel make a fatal strategic mistake by not seizing Gaza when it could?

The U.S. views China as its greatest strategic rival, and therefore imposes various restrictions on it.
So how is the Gaza ceasefire actually the key to launching the Trump administration's flagship project of IMEC (India-Middle East-Europe
Corridor)?

For over a decade,
China is leading one of the most ambitious projects the world has ever seen: building ports, railways, bridges, and trade routes between China and Europe.

China is busy creating land and sea routes that begin in China and pass through Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Kazakhstan, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, and Turkey.

In each country, China cultivates trade relations and builds transport infrastructure to revive the ancient Silk Road, painting all of Asia and Europe with Chinese influence.
This is the ultimate realization of China's grand goal: To dominate the global economy.

For the Americans, who were too busy with Afghanistan and Iraq, it took time to realize how threatening China's global plan is to their own global position..

Eventually, the U.S. came to its senses with its own plan, the IMEC:
A U.S.-backed trade corridor which begins in India, goes through the Mid-East to the ports of UAE and Saudi Arabia, then reaches railways across the Saudi desert, Israel and Jordan, to Europe via sea.

The IMEC route is also intended to carry communication cables and energy pipelines along its length.
One of its major advantages is that it bypasses the Suez Canal, which has been severely disrupted over the past two years by Yemen's Houthis.

There was only one problem with the American plan:
A month after the U.S. administration announced it, Hamas launched the October 7th attack, derailing the entire American project, one that depends on the Abraham Accords and regional stability.

* BTW: If you were wondering who else might have had an interest in October 7th happening, be sure China and Russia aren't completely innocent. a point to think about.
But let's continue…

So here is where Trump's "20-Point Plan" for ending the Gaza war comes in.
For Israel, the 3 main priorities were the return of the hostages, end the war, and demilitarization of Gaza.
But for Trump, that was only the beginning...

The U.S. vision is to make Gaza part of the IMEC corridor: Instead of remaining eternally dependent on global aid, Gaza would become an export hub.
Trump believes that if Gazans will be part of global economy, the appeal of extreme ideologies like Hamas's will vanish.

Trump's so-called "Middle East Peace" plan, is not really a peace plan. It's a strategic front in America's war with China.
While China fights largely alone, Trump is enlisting regional players with a vested interest in stability and a share in his economic vision.

At the center of all of this sits Qatar - the region's political and commercial pivot: Funding instability with one hand and brokering its resolution with the other, turning itself into the indispensable mediator of Trump's grand plan.

For Israel, IMEC isn't just an economic opportunity, it's a strategic lever to have ties with the moderate Arab world.
Now that it's clear Trump's goal isn't "peace in Gaza" but dominance in the new world order, Israel's missed chance to fully seize Gaza becomes obvious:
Had it done so, it would hold twice the strategic weight, far greater leverage, and a path to genuine economic and diplomatic power instead of dependence.
