Terfs talk a load of shit, trying to scare us half to death.
Recently was admitted to Salford Royal for an ischemic stroke.
The nhs knows where to place us, all female ward, no side room

So I was admitted to a single sex ward which had single sex F toilets.
The nursing staff treated me with dignity and kindness, no misgendering, no name calling, no abuse, no being made to feel inferior.
6 critically injured ladies per ward, all of us having experienced severe
trauma, confusion, disorientation.
On the hour every hour 24 hours a day taking my blood pressure, administering medicine when appropriate.
On the first 2 days needed help going to the toilet, they preserved my dignity and put me in a nappy with a pipe going into my man made
vagina to remove urine build up - muscles didn’t work, is possible to piss and shit yourself involuntarily.
Nappy was checked every hour and when soiled was immediately changed and given a bed bath of the area.
At no point did they make me feel as if I was in the wrong place, they were kind, honest, sat with me spending time encouraging me to speak and ask questions.
Fuck you terfs for scaring me half to death
Fuck you @wesstreeting no I wasn’t put in a side room to be singled out
@wesstreeting Was it my GRC or was it the nhs knowing where to put us?
When I went for the 2 mri and 1 ct scan they had ample opportunity to discover my male physiology, did they make jokes at my expense? Did they snigger?
No I was treated with dignity and respect.
I wanted to be
@wesstreeting Be called “shanu” my name, I never told them my pronouns yet they used she/her for me automatically.
