Mayor declines to focus on trash pickup and says she will answer in a few days. Won’t say a day bc still working on a plan. Focus will be 2x/wk collection, supercan will be next.

Always look on how DC could have responded better retrospectively. This combination of sleet/snow is new — scooping and moving snow is future focus

Q: Suspension of fines

If you think people are frustrated, give them a ticket for snow that is hard to remove. Suspension of fines is not permanent, however.
