In 2017, Neville Roy Singham sold his tech company ThoughtWorks for $785 million.

Within months, he BUILT an entire CCP-Linked protest infrastructure using his own employees as staff.

Here's the money trail:

Immediately after the sale, Singham created FOUR shell companies with UPS mailbox addresses:
• People's Support Foundation (run by wife Jodie Evans)
• United Community Fund
• Justice and Education Fund
• Worldwide Media Holdings
NYT: "Almost no real-world footprints."

He staffed these shell companies with his own ThoughtWorks executives:
Jason Pfetcher (ThoughtWorks General Counsel
2011-2017)
→ People's Support Foundation Treasurer/ Director (2017-2019)
Chad Wathington (ThoughtWorks Chief Strategy
Officer)
→ PSF Treasurer/Director

Then in 2017-2018, using these shell companies as pass-throughs, he FOUNDED the organizations:
• Tricontinental Institute (2017) - Marxist think tank, Vijay Prashad + Nathan Singham (son)
• The People's Forum (2018) - NYC protest hub, $20M+ from Singham
Co-founded by Claudia De La Cruz

The People's Forum treasurer? Chris Caruso.
Former Thoughtworks analyst.
The pattern: ThoughtWorks → Shell companies
→ Protest organizations.

From these organizations, he funded the entire anti-ICE/anti-Israel protest network:
• Party for Socialism and Liberation
/ ANSWER Coalition
• Code Pink ($1. 4M+ to wife's org)
• National Students for Justice in Palestine
• BreakThrough News (pro-CCP media)

Global reach:
NewsClick (India) - $5M, raided by Indian authorities 2023
Brasil de Fato (Brazil)
New Frame (South Africa)
Nkrumah School (South Africa)

Minnesota anti-ICE protests (Jan 2026)?
Organized by PSL + People's Forum.
NYC "National Shutdown"?
People's Forum + NYC Immigration Coalition.
Campus occupations (2024)?
People's Forum + NSJP.
All roads lead back to Singham's $785M.

Congressional investigations found:
18+ organizations in network
"Sophisticated dark money operation"
FARA violations (foreign agent registration)
DOJ/FBI investigations ongoing
House Oversight subpoenaed Singham (June 2025)

He BUILT AN INFRASTRUCTURE.
Shell companies (his execs) → Pass-through funding → Protest orgs (his money) → Media outlets (his narrative).
From ThoughtWorks boardroom to anti-American streets in 18 months.

So when you see "grassroots" protests against ICE, Israel, or American interests:
Ask WHO organized it.

Check WHO funded the bail.

Follow WHERE the money started.

The answer: A tech billionaire living in Shanghai who sold his company for $785M and built this with the proceeds.
