Here a thread of what my friend with stage 4 diagnosed in November 2025 with metastases to lung and bones has done and where she is 5 months in. Peptides and Ivermectin/FenBen among other things. PET results.
Breast Cancer (Primary Site)
Much lower activity
SUV dropped from 8.5 → 2.8 (big improvement) - Hormones peptides and IVERFENBEN
Lymph Nodes (Chest, Axillary, Mediastinal)
Previously active cancer in lymph nodes where her arm swelled and is now:
No longer FDG-avid (not lighting up) meaning NO ACTIVE CANCER
Lung Cancer
Pleural metastases: completely resolved
Only tiny fluid (effusions) left with minimal activity
Cancer cleared.
Bone Metastases
Major improvement, but not fully gone
Some sites:
T7 lesion: 13.1 → 3.3
Left femur: 8.2 → 3.9
L2 spine: 10.8 → 5.1
Some lesions: completely resolved
No other metastases new or old located.
Stage 4 isn’t a death sentence.
It’s a recalibration.
