2/ What the decree actually says...
The Missouri v. Biden Consent Decree is real and significant.
It permanently prohibits the Surgeon General, CDC, and CISA from pressuring social media platforms to suppress protected American speech.
The government signed it. A federal judge enforces it.

3/ The decree covers 3 agencies. 5 platforms. Named plaintiffs only.
It says NOTHING about:
🔴 Foreign NGOs publishing fraudulent hit lists
🔴 Dark money funding those NGOs
🔴 Government officials amplifying their reports
🔴 Cross-border legal proceedings targeting American citizens for writing articles
The machine is still running.

The UK Free Speech Act 2026 — a model bill designed to give Britain its own First Amendment.
Why should Americans care about a British bill?
Because Britain has been trying to govern American speech for 3 years.
5/ The Online Safety Act explained
The UK Online Safety Act claims authority over American platforms, American servers, American speech — if a British user can read it, Britain claims it can regulate it.
That is not law. That is jurisdictional fantasy with a government letterhead.
Byrne's Free Speech Bill repeals it entirely.
And Section 15 — "No outsourcing or funding of censorship by the State" — closes the identical loophole our federal lawsuit Finn v. GEC is fighting to close in American courts.
Same principle. Two countries. One coordinated battle for the same line.
6/ Why it affects everyone
I was one of 12 Americans labeled a public health threat by a UK nonprofit.
A US President cited that report to say we were "killing people."
No trial. No hearing. No evidence standard.

But the application was made.
If it can happen to me, the mechanism exists to use on anyone.
