A short thread explaining why I doubt the widely circulated claim that there are only 100-150 Pantsir systems left in all of Russia and the occupied territories.
According to the latest information, there are currently ~89 Pantsirs stationed within a 50km radius of Moscow.

44 towers [yellow] in the new 50km defense ring, built in 2025 + 10 towers inside the ring + 30 ramps [green]; 5 other ramps or roofs in the city are prob. currently empty, but 5 ramps house two Pantsir vehicles.
Recent images show that the ramps did not become obsolete...

with the construction of the new ring, but continue to be used.
In a wider radius (100 to 125km), some other towers and ramps were built recently but only 2 older towers are really confirmed.

-In Valdai, there are currently 19 known Pantsir towers[1 & ]
-In St Petersburg and Leningrad Region, there are around 14 known positions[2] (but at least one of them is probably a BUK)
-Rostov + Taganrog[3] ~12
-Alabuga[4] 5 google.com/maps/d/u/0/vie…

-Voronezh[1] ~5
-Dzerzhinsk ammunition plant 3
-Kazan ~7
-Sochi to Adler[3] 6 or 7 including a new tower [2]
-rest of the eastern Black Sea coast: at least 7
(Taman, Anapa[3+link], Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse)
and much more.

In addition of that, all refineries inside ~1500km, nearly all airports, airbases, important substations and some ammunition depots were recently equipped with ramps.

⚠️However, this does not yet incl. positions near the front (regions Belgorod, South Voronezh, Kursk, Bryansk) and the occupied territories, as there are no fixed positions, ramps/towers there, since the positions change every few days from one field/forest edge to another.

So far, I know about 230 positions inside Russia.
⚠️Some of them may contain BUK, TOR, radar or EW vehicles (except Moscow and Valdai), but the most confirmed positions are equipped with Pantsirs.
Some of them might be outdated, but usually they are not removed,

...rather relocated a few kilometers further (see Anapa link in 5/10).
So perhaps we are in reality at ~200 positions inside Russia, but I'm certainly far away to know all positions in Russia.
And then, we should count all the Pantsirs in the near of the front and in the...

...occupied areas.
Very roughly, I would estimate (with all the uncertainties) at about 300.
I'm not an expert and If I made a significant error, please let me know.
And sorry for my bad English😳

Addendum:
If there really are around 300 Pantsir systems and they are now being distributed across half of Russia at strategically important points, then that could also explain why there is currently a significant shortage of ammunition in some areas.

@kromark 12/10🤔
And I'm sure that each of the 108 Pantsirs in Moscow and Valdai still has a substantial supply of ammunition.
