@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Resolution 26-19: The Brook Source agreement was amended to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $243,535, totaling $431,975. The motion to approve resolution 2619 passed unanimously.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Resolution 26-20: The Dell, EMC reseller agreement was extended to a five-year term, with a total not-to-exceed of $6,500,000. The Lumen Technologies contract was extended, raising the not-to-exceed by $800,000 to $2,750,000.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy The extension is due to ongoing annual spending of $700,000 to $800,000 on communication services. Resolution passes.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 26-21: Extend the technology infrastructure and operations agreement with Bell Tech Logics through December 31, 2029 (current expiration is November 2028), and increase the not-to-exceed amount by $11,123,904.00, for a revised not-to-exceed total of $75,285,420.00. Passed!

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 26-25: Proposed an amendment to the contract with Guts and For P, increasing the budget by $600,000 to a total of $5,832,457.63 for a one-year term to ensure continuity of service during the implementation of a new software solution for the city and county. Passed.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 26-26: Appointed Meg Richmond, the Application Services Manager, as the chair of the Enhanced Access Review Committee, recognizing her expertise in guiding the committee in reviewing proposals for new solutions and services. Unanimously approved!

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Nicole Heatley, the Chief Information Security Officer, presented Resolution 26-23, which updates guidelines, standards, and processes to align with the NIST framework. Unanimously passed.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Resolution 26-24, which establishes a policy for information security exceptions, was also discussed. This policy aims to maintain IT standards, govern security exceptions, and ensure compliance with CGIS guidelines. Unanimously approved.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 6-15: A five-year contract not to exceed $600,000 for Leads Online, a proprietary software used by detectives for monitoring transactions and suspect behavior in pawn shops, scrap yards, and eco ATMs. The software has been in use for over 20 years and is considered invaluable.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Collin Hill, outgoing Chief Information Officer, tearfully expressed his gratitude for his staff and five special team members.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 26-28: The board also recognized outgoing CIO Colin Hill for his significant contributions, including overseeing innovative technology infrastructure and improving customer satisfaction to 99%.
