@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Resolution 26-20: The Dell, EMC reseller agreement was extended to a five-year term, with a total not-to-exceed of $6,500,000. The Lumen Technologies contract was extended, raising the not-to-exceed by $800,000 to $2,750,000.

@indydocumenters @mirrorindy 26-26: Appointed Meg Richmond, the Application Services Manager, as the chair of the Enhanced Access Review Committee, recognizing her expertise in guiding the committee in reviewing proposals for new solutions and services. Unanimously approved!
@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Nicole Heatley, the Chief Information Security Officer, presented Resolution 26-23, which updates guidelines, standards, and processes to align with the NIST framework. Unanimously passed.
@indydocumenters @mirrorindy Resolution 26-24, which establishes a policy for information security exceptions, was also discussed. This policy aims to maintain IT standards, govern security exceptions, and ensure compliance with CGIS guidelines. Unanimously approved.
