Here’s the precise 5-role AI team I’d deploy immediately:
Role 1: The Researcher
Task: Deeply understand the customer’s most pressing problems with real-world proof.
My prompt:
“Act as a meticulous senior researcher. Identify the top 5 most painful, urgent problems for [target audience]. Draw evidence from forums, reviews, social media, and real conversations. For each problem, quote the exact language customers use, what they’ve tried already, and where current solutions fall short.”
If the market isn’t actively complaining about the problem, the idea gets eliminated instantly.
This role alone has saved me from countless bad directions.
Role 2: The Strategist
Task: Transform validated pain into an extremely valuable free offer.
My prompt:
“Based on the pain points above, create 5 high-value lead magnet ideas that my audience would gladly pay $50–$100 for. Rank them by speed to create, cost to launch, and likelihood of strong sign-ups. Be creative but practical.”
I challenge the AI until we land on something truly magnetic.
Role 3: The Copywriter
Task: Craft compelling messaging that converts.
I use these prompts in sequence:
1. “Write a single powerful hook sentence for this lead magnet.”
2. “Create 3 strong benefit bullets that make the offer irresistible.”
3. “Write complete one-page website copy using the hook, bullets, and a clear call-to-action.”
The key is giving the AI one focused task at a time. This method consistently produces sharper, more persuasive copy.
Role 4: The Builder
Task: Turn the copy into a professional, live one-page website quickly.
My prompt:
“Design and code a clean, modern, mobile-optimized one-page website for this lead magnet. Match the elegant style of [paste reference link]. Use the exact copy provided. Include a simple, high-converting email capture form and a strong call-to-action button.”
Tools like Claude Code, Bolt, or Lovable make this possible in hours, not weeks. Speed to proof is what matters most.
Role 5: The Marketer
Task: Build a realistic path from attention to revenue.
My prompt:
“Develop a complete customer acquisition funnel. Map out how to attract ideal customers, convert them through the lead magnet, and turn them into paying clients. Create a practical 30-60-90 day growth plan targeting $5K–$10K monthly revenue, including content cadence and success metrics.”
This approach lets me move with clarity and speed. No guesswork, no big team, no wasted budget — just smart systems and rapid execution.
