💵 Customer: Low value, low volume suggests Wild Mushroom, not Unicorn. Will need more automation.

👥 Internal: Solo grinder for now, so needs effective internal process design. Definite signs of progress over 12 months
📈 Growth: Founder is a life long learner, a big plus. Steps 1&2 are functional, but require gaming and security. Step 3 in progress.
