Chairwoman Anne Sellers gave the greeting and introduction. She welcomed President and CEO Le Monte G. Booker Sr. He gave stats on the accomplishments and achievements of Newfields this year.

President Booker continued on the five pillars of the strategic plan design. The Newfields Promise, Art, Nature, Community, and Sustainability. The Newfields Promise is to deliver a consistent and welcoming experience to everyone who visits their grounds.
President Booker introduced and welcomed new key staff; Chief Development Officer Tim Ardillo, Chief People & Culture Officer Bruce English, and Curator of European Art Kenneth Brummel.
Jonathan Wright, the Ruth Lilly Director of The Garden and Fairbanks Park gave the Nature Report.
Belinda Tate, The Melvin & Bren Simon Director of the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields gave the Art Report. She also presented the New Acquisition Highlights.
Kenneth Brummel, Curator of European Art presented the mission moment. (Part 1)
