Some of you will already know that I left the House of Commons Service earlier this month after 28 years service.
I've had a fascinating and varied career supporting the work of the central democratic institution in the UK - and I have worked with some truly terrific people.
My next stage will be a little different.
In early July I join nine other volunteer drivers to take a convoy of much-needed medical vehicles and supplies to #Lviv.
The convoy is organised by the excellent @Med_LL_Ukraine in association with @UkraineCharity .
@Med_LL_Ukraine @UkraineCharity The @MoH_Ukraine urgently needs ambulances and civilian recovery vehicles.
I'm raising funds for the convoy's supplies. Many have already been very, very generous in supporting me.
