The UK announced a large aid package for Ukraine.
Ukraine and Germany will co-produce an anti-ballistic missile program and ground drones.
Bulgaria might veto a new sanctions package against Russia.
A total of 4 billion dollars was pledged in new aid for Ukraine during recent Ramstein meetings.
