Meet Nikki Floris, a weaponized FBI agent who organized a “shadow government” against President Trump and the American people.  

She was a big player in our criminal referral against Christopher Wray forlying about foreign election interference.

Flores served as Dep. Assistant Dir.  of FBI’s Counterintel  Branch from 2018-2022. She oversaw  FBI's criminally weaponized Foreign Influence Task Force, led a 300-person workforce, and was Wray's personal pick as election security lead for 2020.

By her own LinkedIn: she "routinely, if not daily" briefed Director Wray on 2020 election threats. That chain of command is why investigators say she's the key witness against Wray.  Here is Oversight Project's criminal referral of Wray: 

OPERATION ROUND RIVER: Under Floris's FITF, Russia-collusion hoaxer Brian Auten opened "Round River" in Aug 2020.  Round River was used to relabel '”over 40" FBI confidential human sources' reporting on Biden family influence peddling as "Russian disinformation.".  This operation also ignored 150+ Suspicious Activity Reports and $10M+ in foreign payments via over 20 shell companies to Biden family members.

Round River gave the FBI cover to never investigate the Biden money trail, even as the same division under Floris aggressively pursued the most preposterous leads against Trump. Round River was also used to go after journalists and others who publicly acknowledged Biden corruption.

THE SABOTAGE BRIEF: Aug 6, 2020 — Floris personally briefed Sens. Grassley & Johnson, days after Schumer, Warner, Pelosi & Schiff sent the FBI a letter tying the senators' Biden probe to "Russian disinformation."

Sen. Grassley called the briefing "unnecessary and completely irrelevant" and Grassley asked Floris whether they would "leak that would shed false light on our investigation." It leaked to the press within days and was used to falsely smear his investigation as Russian-linked.

Under oath in 2023, Floris admitted the briefing wasn't even FBI intelligence: "ODNI owns this whole process... took the lead in drafting the script." She delivered ODNI's script while wearing the FBI's badge.  The FBI had no intelligence that Grassley's investigation was tainted.

THE FITF PRETEXT
In February 2020, an unusual public appearance for an FBI assistant section chief, a representative of the FITF claimed foreign malign actors sought  "to create mistrust of government...to undermine the public's confidence in the credibility of an established, free and independent news media to create an environment of public mistrust in the narrative reported by traditional news organizations"  
In other words, the FITF sought to prop up the woke, establishment media.  He even seems to have predicated the FITF censorship of the Hunter Biden story:  "The FITF management team meets regularly with social media and tech companies. When appropriate, the FBI provides actionable intelligence to social media companies to help them fight abuse of their platforms by foreign actors."  Of course, the establishment media ran stories on this speech, socializing the notion that the FITF's coming 1st Amendment abuses were not outrageous.

THE CHINESE IIR SUPPRESSION: Sept 25, 2020: FBI Albany's source detailed a CCP scheme using stolen TikTok data to produce fake driver's licenses for fraudulent Biden votes. Analysts rated the source "very, very confident;"; the handling was called "textbook."

Minutes after Albany released it, HQ recalled it, "at the direct request of officials including Nikki Floris." The reason, per Sen. Grassley's released emails: "the reporting will contradict Director Wray's testimony."

That testimony: Wray telling the Senate on Sept 24, 2020, one day earlier, the FBI had "not seen... any kind of coordinated national voter fraud." Floris's division buried the one report that said otherwise.

An FBI Albany analyst's internal note flagged it directly: recalling the report "implied... one of the reasons we aren't putting this out is for a political reason." Floris's office then made all election intel route through HQ first, a new requirement.

THE WRAY LINK: The Oversight Project's June 26, 2025 criminal referral names Floris explicitly as the evidentiary bridge; she knew of the Chinese threat, and "Wray had to have also known," given her daily briefings to him.

THE CENSORSHIP APPARATUS: Floris publicly championed FITF's "Protected Voices" program, which ran FBI back-channels into Facebook, Twitter & Google to flag "foreign disinformation."  The FITF deplatformed countless social media accounts that had zero nexus to malign foreign influence because the woke FITF didn't like the content of their 1st Amendment speech.

Per congressional records and the Twitter Files, most content flagged through those channels wasn't foreign at all, it was domestic conservative speech, including the already-authenticated Hunter Biden laptop story.

TARGETING DISSIDENTS: The same FITF, under Floris's authority, opened inquiries into FBI sources and employees who tried to report Biden family conduct. A foreign-influence section turned inward on its own workforce.

ARCTIC FROST: The counterintel case that became Jack Smith's Trump probe opened Feb 2022, inside the same Counterintelligence Division Floris led through May 2022, built on the same tools (Round River, ODNI's Notification Framework) her office ran.

Where it stands: FITF was disbanded Feb 2025. Wray's criminal referral is with DOJ.  Sen. Grassley's records requests for her communications are pending and Floris is now "Director of Insider Risk" at Microsoft.
