Illinois didn't reduce frivolous spending. Instead they decided to force me to give more money so they could continue to frivolously spend.

Because raising the price on my public transit this year wasn't enough. #Illinois #IllinoisBudget

Because charging me $0.07 for every crappy/low quality plastic grocery bag used to bag my purchases this year wasn't enough. #IllinoisBudget

Because charging me an extra $0.01 per ounce of my Coke wasn't enough. #Illinois #IllinoisBudget
