1 David Headley is known to be mastermind of #MumbaiAttack, yet GoI pardoned him & is now in US, why? Headley was a US Drug Enforcement Agency agent working closely with FBI. Why Indian agencies never followed these leads? Inspite of prior intelligence why FBI/NSA/CIA didnt act?

3 @ShivSena parliamentarian Vivek Pandit has said on record that David Headley was involved in 1993 bomb blasts as well. Acc to various media reports & Indian Home Secretary G K Pillai, Headley was involved in 2010 Pune blast at German bakery as well dubbed #KarachiProject.

@ShivSena 4 Headley's Canadian wife's petition for immigration to US described Headley’s training with terrorists. He was also caught in Germany & other countries for drug smuggling for DEA. His Morrocan wife told FBI abt his 3 visits to Islamabad embassy between Dec 2007 & April 2008.

@ShivSena 5 This makes it very clear that long before #MumbaiAttacks Headley was already working as DEA agent & his activities monitored by CIA/NSA. Precise intel before attack were shared with Indian agencies as well (more later). But he was not the only one CIA was working/monitoring.

@ShivSena 6 Another guy closely monitored by British GCHQ was technology chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba Zarrar Shah. Even Indian Intelligence Bureau had precise intel about location of #MumbaiAttacks & vessel utilized since they were tracking his laptop. By Nov 18 2008 everyone was in the know.

@ShivSena 7 Intelligence agencies of UK USA & India all had precise intel about attack & were even tracking their activities closely apart frm being warned by Headley's ex-wife. In all IB has 26 intel from diff sources of varying capacity on #MumbaiAttacks. Even so they failed or did they?

A US Marine Corps commando David Doohyun Kyung has been captured from the Indo-Nepal border under suspicious circumstances & is being interrogated by IB & RAW. Interestingly he was deported to America in January this year for overstaying in India.
