Great Mornings Start the Night Before
Your pre-bedtime ritual will result in easier mornings and the opportunity to optimize your day.
*Set out the clothes you will wear
*Meal planning
*Locate your keys
*Write down 3 things on: "What Went Well Today"
Envision the perfect day
Invest in Yourself: Wake up Earlier.

Waking up earlier results in uninterrupted time to focus on yourself and your goals.
In our rush to commute, take care of family members, and prepare ourselves for the day, it is easy to fall victim to distractions.
Select an alarm that gradually wakes you up from your rest.
"Violently" being awaken by annoying alarms causes unneeded stress.
iPhone users: Download the ZenAwake app which increases in strength over 10 minutes and reduces the need for a snooze button.
Drink water.
Listen, coffee was invented by the Gods as a gift to civilization but it's wise to start your day off with water. It activates your system in a positive way.
12-16 oz to get the juices flowing for a great day.
Determine your Top 3 Priorities for Today

Effective results are not a by-product of uncertainty.
Decide what your game changing tasks will be for that day.
Use a project management app or write them down.
Book time on your calendar to complete them start to finish.
