This is amazing —Arizona Court of Appeals just cited SCOTUS bakery case to rule AGAINST religious business owners who were seeking to turn away same-sex couples.

The baker won, but SCOTUS also said gays can be protected from discrimination.

The @ACLU and @NCLRights are celebrating, saying the bakery case has actually helped affirm the rights of LGBT people to be free from discrimination.
The case in Phoenix is also represented by @AllianceDefends — who represented the baker at SCOTUS. The Phoenix case is part of a push by the group to file proactive litigation.
