Few weeks back, the media went to town with news that PDP had fixed prices for nomination forms and set an age-limit.

It was fake news, 100%

Did we fight? Moan? Or Cry? No.

APC fanboys should know it happens: DEAL WITH IT and move on instead of this stupid blame and outrage.
To be clear: my handle NEVER tweeted about whatever it is said that Miyetti Allah had said. I never referenced it, I never quoted it - our commitment to nationhood is permanent, in or out of power.

But the statement is 100% consistent with what Miyeti Allah says all the time.
Miyeti Allah has made more outrageous comments in various crisis situations before now and as TheNation newspaper which originally broke the quote is standing by its story, anyone can make his own summation of what is really going on.

Why aren’t APC e-boys attacking TheNation?
PremiumTimes is the only newspaper that bothered to investigate deeper.

Premium Times is the only newspaper that retracted the story.

Premium Times is the only newspaper that fired someone over the story.

All other newspapers are silent and Tinubu’s TheNation newspapers.
So why are they fighting PT?

Because APC controls traditional media but digital media newspapers are out of their control.

Tell the silly boys to stop crying and move on: Fake News affects all of us.

(I’m still looking for Buhari’s Igbo inlaws and GEJ’s trains by the way.)
We’ve been here crying for the media to do a better job as the fourth estate of the realm: did APC fanboys join those calls? Weren’t they happy that BH attacks were been underreported?

Miss me with this faux political outrage: you have no right in this, all of you in APC.
Our knowledge on this earthly realm is limited but in my heart of hearts, I feel Miyetti Allah indeed made that statement.

I didn’t repeat it before now or broadcast it anywhere out of principle but I’m sure our outrage this time forced them to ask the guy to deny saying it.
I believe patriots have a duty to amplify mostly things that build a united nation - like that Imam who hid Christians in a mosque - but we must never concede ground to Yoruba ethnicists masquerading as sudden patriots to defend Northern ethnicists, not an inch.
If the APC boys are true patriots, they should be attacking TheNation and calling for the newspaper to fire the reporter who initially broke the story - but their false outrage is targeted at an online newspaper that did the right thing, the only one to do so.

It’s political.
