3oz Gordon London Dry Gin
1oz lime juice
1 dash bitters
Whites of 1 egg
Shake gin, Aperol, lime, bitters, egg for 30 seconds. Fill halfway with ice. Add sugar. Shake again for 15s. Pour in Coupe glass.
Enjoy after sundown.
