Time to unveil the niche site idea you've all been waiting for...

Potential:
$10k this year - 20 hours of work

(Thread)
Notice how everyone in our little Twitter sphere suddenly has a course available?

That's because selling a course is one of the best ways to profit from knowledge & experience you have.
This is a trend that is happening. You have various options to react to it:

1. Be upset that others are making money
2. Be indifferent
3. Recognize that this is an opportunity for you as well

I recommend you take the 3rd option.
So, how are you going to profit from these new course releases?

You've probably bought 1-3 of them.

Start a niche site reviewing them.
Lots of people are selling courses. Quite a few of them seem to be selling well.

How many people are reviewing those courses? Hardly anybody.

That's what an opportunity looks like.
Low SEO competition, high affiliate commission per sale.

What more do you want?
This opportunity has been staring all of you right in the face.

And yet, nobody (as far as I'm aware) has taken action.
Is this niche site idea self-promotional? You bet it is.

Learned this from @GoodLookingLosr 3 years ago actually.

He taught people how to make money selling Kratom (his product) as affiliates.
I jumped into niche sites back then after reading his article.

Thanks to him, I started making money online.

I thought what he was doing was insanely clever with the self-promotion.

And it changed my life to be honest - Even though, I didn't even build a Kratom site.
So you want action-steps...

1. Start by reviewing the 2-3 courses you already own.
2. Create really in-depth, honest reviews showing pros and cons
3. Reach out to other people selling courses to see whether you can get access for the purpose of a review
Of course, you'll need to monetize so make sure these courses have affiliate programs attached.

Mine does. If you're a student of StartDropshippingStuff.com and want to become an affiliate, just send me a message.
Each of these articles you write won't get a ton of traffic.

We're all big fish in a very, very small pond.

But the beauty of review sites is that even just 50 visitors per month can make you $500+.
This is the EXACT type of niche I used to target when I was building niche sites.

Minimal SEO competition, great products with a high demand & good commissions.

People with courses off the top of my head:
@schm7dt
@TJRicks_TSP
@Nappyb0yy
@thecadclub
@KyleTrouble
@realchasecurtis

Those could be your 7 main reviews.

More people will undoubtedly release courses over the coming months.
If you want to add some more content to the site, there are many others in our space with their own digital products.
@AJA_Cortes
@Troy7Laws
@GoldmundUnleash
@EdLatimore
@realdylanmadden
@RevLifestyleDes
While book reviews won't make quite as much money (people don't search for reviews as much & the commission is lower), those can bring in a nice amount of money as well.
Am I talking out my ass? Nope, I've actually sold quite a few copies of various @RevLifestyleDes eBooks.

Nothing life-changing for me, but easily earned over $100/h spent reading them and writing reviews.
These types of niche sites are as close to passive income as it gets.

Articles written 2 years ago still make sales every month.

That is true passive income.
Maybe you're thinking I've given away the golden idea.

Now EVERYONE is going to jump in and do this, right?

Wrong.

Maybe 1-5 people will give it a shot.

There's enough money to be made for all of you who are serious.
Do I really think this idea can make $10k in its first year? Yes, absolutely.

20 hours of work is what it would take me.

It will take you longer of you're new to all of this.
I didn't come up with this idea to give away.

I came up with it to make money. For myself.

Not really interested in building more niche sites so I'm putting it out in the open for all of you.
I might still decide to pursue this via outsourcing.

Get my VA to manage it. Hire a writer to knock out the reviews for me.
Isn't going to move the needle for me either way so I'd rather see someone create their first online income stream from this.
Enough tweeting for now.

If I have anymore thoughts, tips or advice, it will be sent to my email list.
