I know u guys are itching for World cup, but anyway, I just finish LeSCa novel thanks to my friend lending me his copy, and so I would like to open a new thread on lesca novel #t7s

episode LeSCa novel talks of how LeSCa come to be, and also the background for the song "YELLOW". if you have time, maybe after reading this tweet, relisten/reread the meaning of that song and I bet all these fuzzy warm tingling feelings will come up to your chest

So the novel began with our Nishizono Honoka. Our Honoka came from Fukuoka 4th. Unlike Tokyo 7th that centers on entertainment, Fukuoka 4th centered on Fashion. She came from a family inheriting famous restaurant laden with history and is her hometown's pride

Honoka, coming to tokyo 7th, tried so hard to "get used" to the new place, going as far as trying to erase her dialect (mostly to no avail when she is flustered and she flustered a lot) and thus talk in polite manner most of the time.

She was walking down a sidewalk with sakura petals fluttering about when somebody with glasses called her out, then frantically looking for his business card, which he could not find. A girl, beautiful with blonde hair came and like, "you go out scouting n not bringing ur card?!"

the man called the girl kyouko and he gave his card while saying he is a shihainin of an idol production and asked if Honoka is interested in becoming an idol. They were both tight on schedule tho and just like that they separated ways.

A few days later, Honoka decided to look for the office of the man. the reason she came to Tokyo 7th was because she wanted to know what she wanted to do in live. being the only daughter of the family, she was expected to inherited the family business, but Honoka found herself--

not that good in cooking, nor is she really interested in it. She felt like all her life she had only been going with whatever the flow was from people around her. Her mother then said, why not go to Tokyo, u will def find what u wanna do.

Honoka doesnt really know about idol, but it isn't like she is not interested in it either. However, it would be wrong to say she wanted to do it at that time. She did however wanted to know why someone like her was scouted by that shihainin and so she decided to come.

however, when she went to the bus stop the bus already came and she was still far. and so she ran frantically, "waaait!!" by that bus stop, Araki Rena, who was about to get on the bus, saw her running and like wow that girl really gave her all running here

So Rena was like, "sir, would u wait for that girl over there?" and the bus driver was like, "I sure dont mind waiting for ur friend." n when Honoka get on bus driver was like, "please sit, ur friend is over there btw" and Honoka was like but we aint friend but it's mendou so

"come and sit" said Rena and so Honoka sat beside her and thanked her for stopping the bus driver before, which Rena is like, don't mind. Honoka then start flustering about how she is now drenched in sweat and all beside a stranger. Rena was like why the hurry? important thing?

Honoka was like not like, not really important but uh... and she started wondering about her life again, where Rena just like sorta watch it all. By the bus stop, they exchanged names, and Rena said they MIGHT meet each other again as their school is close to each other

but after all of that goodbye, Honoka found herself lost and just sitting by Kuonji Park as the sun started to set and like what am I doing am I lost (sobs), and as she sat by the bench, Rena passed and like, "Nishizono-san?"

Honoka was like TAT n Rena cant just leave her like that and like, "let me take u there" and so they went to Nanasis together, which turned out it's totally RIGHT BESIDE Kuonji Park that Rena was, u serious n Honoka was like, "Please don't say it, Araki-san." lol

Rena was like wat is dis place and so Honoka explain why she came. She stood nervous by the door and suddenly the door swung open with Kyouko ranting about Coney eating all snacks for guests and almost ran into them and like, "You, from that time." and for 1st time all three met

~~~ That is first chapter, "Oukasaikai" Man, I should tell u all chapters from LeSCa are these beautiful 4 character kanji thing, it's very peaceful. Btw I need to buy dinner so uh, Lets continue in a few more min.

Chapter 2. Honoka n Rena waited in the office for Kyouko to return (bcoz she had to buy the snacks for guests that Coney ate) and discussing if that cute blonde girl is an idol, and when Kyoko came, Shihainin who was out for work hasnt come back yet so she served the two tea

Kyoko was like yea I am an idol, "but why did u buy snacks/serve tea" "well we dont have many people so everyone do what they can do. and u, are u scouted too" Rena is like "No, I am just accompanying her" while taking a donut. A while later shihainin came.

When Shihainin saw Rena he said, excuse me, Araki-san, can you twirl at that corner over there? Rena was like eh wat sure? and she twirled. Shihainin went like What nice ankle, a great from, with a bit *mumble2* n he smiled and asked, "would you be interested in being an idol?"

Rena was like ?? and Shihainin said the answer not immediate is okay too and ask Honoka, who hadnt decided, but came to ask, and Shihainin was so happy and like, "there are people who has interest to ask question about idol ofc I am happy! Ask me anything!'

Honoka asked why she was scouted, and Shihainin was like it's a feeling, that I am sure if it is this girl, she'd be able to be up there in thaat poster over there, the moment I saw u under that sakura petal. Like what I feel when I saw you, Kyouko, and Araki-san.

He admitted it may not be a satisfactory reasoning. But like what is *idol* exactly? Both Honoka and Rena had no idea at all and asked him and at that moment Kyoko was like WTF DID U ASK HIM and they ??? but Shihainin suddenly went fiery and like LET ME SHOW U THE GLORY OF IDOL

and he dragged Kyouko while saying TIS BE GOOD 4 UR TRAINING TOO, COMETH BRETHREN! and Kyouko was like NUOOOOO HAAAAALP and Honoka and Rena were like omg I am sorry we dont knooooooowwwwwww.... and they got lectured on idol culture for full 1 hour

On the way home, Rena was like wat do u think? Honoka was troubled and like I cant decide yet, but I like that spirit shihainin had and he seemed like a good guy, what about u? Rena said, Well idk myself, I have my club too. "I see... I guess we should talk with family too.."

at home, Honoka's aunt, whom she lived with cooked homely meal for her, which tasted like her Mom's cooking. She commented on it and she asked, "do u feel home sick?" "No, I just think it's great." both her mom and aunt had been groomed as the next gen owner of the resto

Honoka daydreamed again, and her aunt was like, does anything bothering you? and she finally talked about being scouted. Auntie went oh great, like that 7th sisters! but Honoka was down so aunt went calm again and ask, what's wrong? "I'm just not sure what is it that I want to do

she has been there for like a year and she still didnt know what she wanna do. auntie smiled and like well isn't that is okay? ur Mom wasn't decisive either about the resto. Honoka went, eh? "Sumika-neesan tried out things, making handicraft, trying to be mangaka...." Honoka:?!?!

"but she then she met ur father, whom she met as her trainer in a cooking school and just like that inherited the restaurant. me too, just kinda saw a pamphlet of my school and just kinda along the way get really into it" < auntie works as a nurse

Aunt was like, "Ahaha maybe that didnt help much" but Honoka turned to think, shall she did the idol now? at this day and age when it is gone? Is it what she really wanted to do, or she was just getting swept by the current again? she couldn't decide, but she knew was hungry. LOL

Honoka felt it wasn't right to just go to nanasis without having answer and just satelliting around the city after school, looking forlorn, when someone called her, Nishizono-san, and it was Kyouko, wearing her school uniform. kyouko saw her distant look before she called--

and like, Tomorrow is my Mom's Bday and we're gonna order some flowers, u wanna come? "eh, is it okay" "well sure, I am the one who ask?" Honoka gladly came. The florist was in this really inconspicuous alleyway and Kyouko was like "wtf how shihainin even knew a florist here?!"

even wtf, by that alleyway they found Rena, playing with kittens and they went like "Why are u here?" "patting cat" "why *here*" "well the kittens ran to this place so.." and they kinda oh well okay, we wanna go to that florist there and Rena was like, "imma pat dem kittens here"

When they came in, Honoka who had been out there all the while, got the barrages of smell and colourful flowers and went "wa... so beautiful..." and for a while forgot what she was sad about. Rena, from outside the store saw her expression n knew right away something was wrong

when Kyouko n Honoka went out of the store, Rena was waiting before them, playing with her bangs and like, hey, lets go out together. Maybe some meal? and they decided to go to a family restaurant. "dont u have club?" "nah, no training, no worries. lol" said Rena

Kyouko was like, let me pay for u guys since u are kind enough to accompany me to the florist. Rena was like, srzly! then I order this hamburger, this desert, this drink, another serving of pizza... and Kyouko was like, IN MODERATION PLZ

they were in sync with the boke-tsukkomu and Honoka, finally, smiled. Rena was like, ah, that smiling face is better than your sad look. Honoka realized that Kyouko n Rena took her to places to fix her mood, n she said, "thank you" where they like, idk wat u talking about

at that moment, Kyouko got an idea then phoned shihainin, who responded gladly. And that was the end of chapter two, "Santosousou."

the next chapter, Rena, after lazying at school smh feeling dispirited, met Honoka by the bus stop, "Niiishiiiizoooono-san!" << I LOVE THIS PART OMG. and they went to Nanastar together, bcoz Kyouko asked them. When they turn the knob, however, the office was locked.

"excuse me" somebody called them from behind, a girl wearing Corsica Girls Academy, who rather than cute, is extremely beautiful with flowing dark hair, with a mole under her eye, which made both Honoka and Rena kinda went 😮 <<<< !!!!!!!

"w-we are called by Uesugi-san." "Ah, Kyouko? Oh, you're the one shihainin scouted! I am sorry that we are sort on staff now that it's empty" and Musubi unlocked the door for them, lead them in, served them tea, but had to excuse herself since she had preparations to do.

"Is that an idol" "like definitely" "what do u eat to be that beautiful?!" then they heard hurried footsteps up the stairs and, "MUSUBI-CHAAAAN! I am sorry I am lateee!!" and someone cute with bright red hair came in. she saw them went ?? "ah! The one shihainin scouted!"

Honoka said that "musubi" when to do prep and the girl is like, ah! thank you!, but before she went, Honoka asked, excuse what prep? for what? The girl with bright red hair replied joyfully, "for something I want to do!", leaving Honoka with the words repeating in her head

Kyouko came, like, "phone me if u are here already!" n get them around the place, going to the theater n explaining things, also that they would have a live and a streaming, broadcasted to pockets of idol fans around the country. Then then knew they were there for the live

And the two ordinary girls they met just then, transformed in front of them. the two might not sing as good as many singers around, or dance as great as pro dancers, but there is something about them that drew both Honoka and Rena in. Which they talked in the way back home

how they looked so bright, like lights. Which made Honoka thought, again, about what Haru said before she went up there, that it was "something that I want to do."

The next day, Kyouko was beginning stretching for training but someone knocked on studio door. Kyouko lived in the dorm unlike Rena n Honoka, so she was always by the office. She turned and saw Rena came in to the door... and that end 3rd Chapter, "Seikananchuu"

Next chapter, Honoka was by the fornt of the office, with Coney circling around her like, "YO, GIRL! BECOME AN IDOL, DAZU!" n Honoka is like ???? 😵but managed to mumbled, "I am looking for Uesugi-san." and Coney was like, "Oh! you're the one shihainin scouted! hm! hm!"

Coney then said, it's too bad but she can't meet Kyouko that time, because she was in the middle of a very important training... in the training room, Rena said she had no club anyway and decided to just come. K: well I dont mind u watch me train. R: why dont we stretch together?

Kyouko used to train alone, everyday, after school, "I can still get good result doing it alone." R: "but doing it together, while take more time, will bear more result" K: okay then. She did stretch and let Rena pushed her back from behind, realizing how small rena's hand is

after a while, K: STOP STOP STOP! R: eh? enough? did u get hurt K: well yea1 enough for me! is that wrong? R: No, tbh you're more flexible than I thought. Now it's my turn. Kyouko pushed Rena and she so EASILY slid down to the floor. Kyoko was like as expected for a club member..

After then, they had dance training but only Kyouko dance. She took out a holocom and played a vid of an unknown idol dancing, given by shihainin. She had been training with the vid numerous time, everyday. R: but I am a noob in this. K: It's okay, I am looking for honest opinion

Kyouko started dancing, and after the last twirl, she looked at Rena and like, wat do u think? R: Hmmm it's GOOD, well, it's GOOD buuut. "But?" "HMMM" "It's okay, I did say an honest opinion." "Can u do the last twirl?" Kyouko twirled again. R: "Mmmm something is different..."

however Rena can't seem to put a finger on it and so she stood up and like, "easier to show you." K: "Wat?" Rena was like, "Uesugi-san twirled like this" *twirl, "while that idol twirl, like this." *twirled* and Kyouko was dumbfounded.

It was just a slight difference in her hand, or the way her feet moved, but at that moment, it was beautiful. "Did u really have no experience in dancing?" "eh? No tho" but she did it perfectly. Kyouko asked her to twirl again and Rena is like man these people love twirling peeps

"is it really okay me being here?" "yes." Kyoko managed to learn that point of the dance she always got stuck to for weeks now, just by Rena being there and told her her weak point. Rena then asked her, "why idol" "well, I used to hate idol." "eh wat?" "I hated idol."

"Uesugi-san sure can joke." "no it isn't" "wait, seriously? but then why are you here?" Kyouko stopped then asked, "Do you know a lot about movies?" R: "eh? not really. I had a friend who love it and shoved movies to me tho." K: "then do you know Midorikawa Juri?"

R: "OH! that super beautiful actress!! My friend show me once!" K: "yes, she is beautiful, has great voice, extremely talented in acting." "what about her?" "She is my mother." "..... wait wat?"

"B-B-BUT YOUR SURNAME IS DIFFERENT!" K: "srzly that is where you hit? ofc that is just stage name. Her real surname is Uesugi. Uesugi Asuna." Rena was like jawdropped. Kyouko's father is foreigned, where she got her mid name. R: "is it okay to just say this kinda thing to me?"

"It's okay." Kyouko explained she did not even have that much memories of her mother, since she was busy. When Kyouko was in kindergarten, she got an idol role in a performance and she hated it so much, but somehow, strangely her mother came into the play

after that perf, her mother patted her head and said, "You're really cute. you did well." that was the first ever compliment her distant mother ever gave her, and despite Kyouko's reluctance, her mother's presence was a big part of her life

"why not be an actress?" Kyouko looked like her mother, even had similar voice and she did not want to be under the shadow of her mother and so she wanted to establish her place, under her name, not as Midorikawa Juri's daughter, n that is why she train hard day and night for it

Rena asked if it is okay to tell her such personal matter and Kyouko said she did not mind, altho she realized that with Rena, she tend to just say everything, unlike the usual her. After bidding Rena off after the training, Kyouko went down to the office, where she found a tray

of oddly shaped onigiri, which must be made by someone damn bad in cooking and an overcooked tamagoyaki, with a note saying, "Great work for the lesson! also, don't push yourself! ~ Nishizono Honoka"

while commenting at how terrible the person must be in cooking, which she can tell from merely the shape, Kyouko took the onigiri and put it in her mouth, feeling how it warmed her stomach and heart. End of Chapter 4 : Heisuiruten

This is the end of book 1. There extra chapter but I did not make a pointer of so I kinda not that sure and it isnt that important anyway. Maybe i will write it later. I think I will cut the thread here since it will get long. And there will be book 2. :D Please wait warmly!
