Don’t feel like tweeting or writing emails.
Feel like I’m not a good father, chiropractor, restauranteur, friend.
And say “Fuck it, it’s not worth it.” and want to lie in bed and quit everything..
It’s okay to have these thoughts from time to time.
It’s not going to be bright and sunny every single day.
These thoughts make you human and authentic...
But you these thoughts should only be temporary and not the norm.

Being mentally tough means you have the ability to deal with the obstacles thrown your way and to push through them even though you know they’ll leave scars on your mind, body and spirit.
To put your fears aside and take the leap.
To make an impact on the people around you and enrich their lives with your presence and service.
