Pain is a natural process.

Wether it's physical pain or emotional pain you have to let it run it's natural course in order to be healed again.

The most important thing is to not let scar tissue build up.
The scar tissue around your muscles due to injury or the scar tissue left on your heart from emotional trauma.

Movement is the key.

Either exercising your muscles or exercising your mind.
Keep a positive mindset in order to overcome the scars left behind.

The scars will always be there, but you don't have to let them affect your life.

The scars make you stronger.
