Ok, all - it's Sunday afternoon/Sunday evening. Now is the perfect time to leave some voicemails for your Senators.

To start:

1. Here's a recap on four days of #Kavanaugh/#SCOTUS testimony.…
2. Kavanaugh said a LOT of disturbing, unsettling things across his three days in front of Senate Judiciary. All of them matter, but (imo) it's perjury which can persuade GOP senators.

A good write-up from @Slate…
3. Our job for this still hasn't changed. It's still four steps, with a slight change for #1:

a. Calling any senators we have on judiciary, and demand they vote no.
b. Telling our Senators to vote no.
c. Pushing for state-level protections,
d. Getting 5 others to do 1-3.
A. Script for anyone with a Senator on Senate Judiciary:

Your goal is to ask them to vote NO in committee, and kill the nomination there. See the other graphic from @GeorgetownLaw explaining why.
B. Script + taking points for non-judiciary Senators.

But we have to assume the committee will vote on party lines, and the nomination is going to the floor. So call non-judiciary Senators and tell them to vote no. Simple as that.
C. State-level protections. This is critical, especially if Kavanaugh IS confirmed. Make sure you call. You can find your state officials here:…

I know all of this feels inevitable, but it's NOT. The fact that Pence is saying this, shows wavering amongst the GOP. Which is significant considering the GOP have the majority. So let's call and fight.

(And no, I don't think he'd say it as a fake-out)…
