Forgive me while I share a few interesting statistics...

• Did you know that 77% of all suicides are committed by men?

• Or that between 1997 and 2014, there was a 43% rise in suicide deaths among middle aged American men?

• Over 90% of inmates are male.
• There are now 7 million working age American men who are no longer in the labor force. Nearly half of them take pain medication on any given day.

• The average American man will die 5 years before the average American woman
• 98 percent of the 2,346 military deaths as of April 2017 were men

• The Bureau of Labor Statistics says men represent 92 percent of all workplace-related fatalities (perhaps one reason for that alleged pay gap, eh?)
• Women decisively outnumber men in graduate school. They earn the majority of doctoral degrees. They are now the majority of new enrollees in both law and medical schools.

• Men in America commute 23 percent longer each day than women
• Men making up 61 percent of the homeless population.

• About 1 in 5 American children live with only their mothers — double the rate from 1970.

• 70% of American men are overweight or obese.
• Sperm counts and Testosterone levels in men have fallen precipitously, (source). Lower testosterone levels in men are associated with depression, lethargy, weight gain and decreased cognitive ability.
For all these reasons, and many more, I *highly recommend* you check out @futureinmindd's amazing Men of Character Conference feat. amazing speakers like @EdLatimore @AJA_Cortes @HunterDrewTFA @DrRalphNap and more.

It's FREE to attend.
