There’s times that I wish I could do my life over. There’s so many things I’d do differently.

I think about lost opportunities, time wasted on relationships, and bad decisions.

But that’s a Loser’s Mindset.

I forget all the blessings I have in my life...
My 3 beautiful children, my families restaurant that’s been thriving for over 90 years, the patients I get to serve in my chiropractic practice...

And you, following my tweets watching my videos and allowing my to take up some time in your life.

We all go through this...
We forget the greatness in our lives because we’re spoiled by

We’ve done those things. There alway part of us and we look at others and think the grass is greener over there.

We think we’re missing something.

The truth is...we’re not....
What we’re missing is the opportunities right under our noses.

To be a little bit better than the day before.

To serve someone who’s down on their luck.

To create something special for ourselves.
You might be saying..I don’t have anything to be grateful for. And that might be true.

But the past is behind you. It can’t hurt you anymore unless you allow it to.

From this point on it’s time to start creating things in your life to be grateful for.

Life is tough...
But you’re tougher.

It’s time to put the past to bed and never let it wake up.

Focus on the good that surrounds you. Trust me, it’s there. You just refuse to see it.

No one’s going to save you, or make your life complete.

Only you can do that.
It’s time to decide if you want to be mentally tough enough to get in the game and make things happen or to sit in the stands and watch someone else raise the championship trophy.

The choice is yours.

Choose wisely.

I’m here to help...
