2. If they won’t let me speak, I cannot make a record for review
3. If they obstruct discovery, denied proof
Prisoners waiting for records are languishing without an ability to move their appeals forward.
Electronic files mean nothing if the records are intentionally hidden
But without independent honest representation, remaining silent just makes things worse.
The judge signed off on everything, and knowingly threw me out of my own house without cause
Judge backdated orders, and ultimately wrote order falsely stating house was auctioned by order that was altered, backdated 2 YEARS. Recorders office says judge transferred house TO MY HUSBAND.
How to know whom to trust
Because of my deaf/HOH issues, I’m supposed to get accommodations so I can participate in my case, but Cook County says I don’t *need* accommodations MANDATED BY THE ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT and have ridiculed me on record.
