Damn if coffee doesn’t help me more than hurt. #myspoons
It didn't fix everything (I’m definitely depressed and need a therapist) but damned if I'm not actually getting things done for the first time in 3 weeks.
And I gave coffee up, then caffeine for a couple of years when I was much healthier, just to see if I could do it.
I just have to figure out how to do it. Maybe move the coffeemaker upstairs since the people in the house that use it reside here?
