Let’s break down some this #Kavanaugh bullshit down and have a little fun in the process - although I'm afraid my descriptions may be a little dark and stormy at times.

<I hope you will enjoy this thread>
2) First, can we all agree that while people are able to change their lives, most of us have our basic character established by the time we are 18 years of age? (And probably earlier than that.) Yeah sure. One can break the mold and change dramatically, but most of us don’t.
3) Given that as a truism, let us compare Merrick Garland’s year book to Brett Kavanaugh’s. Garland's shows a studious guy on the honor roll and student council. While Kavanaugh is absorbed with boofing, devil’s triangle and FFFF (Find em, feel em, f*ck em and forget em).
4) Okay, that was high school, but his basic character seems not to have changed when he attended Yale. His alcoholic carousing and disrespect for women appears to have been much closer to ‘A Clockwork Orange’ than to ‘Animal House’.
5) Not only did Kavanaugh belong to a raucus fraternity, but he belonged to another all-male society which had been nicknamed the “Tit and Clit” club.

6) Let’s assume Kavanaugh finished sowing his wild oats, turned over a new leaf and decided to become, in the words of his wife Ashley, “Good”. After 20 years of being a shit, Kavanaugh now wants to be “Good”. Let's cut the guy some slack, shall we? Where did he go next?
7) Next Kavanaugh went to @YaleLaw where he said he had no advantage and bust his butt to get there. That’s not true. He had many advantages, and if he 'busted his butt' to get to Yale Law school, he didn’t do the best job. Let's look at the record.
8) Neither @Yale undergrad nor @YaleLaw has class ranking or standing. Kavanaugh graduated from Yale college with a “cum laude” degree which is the lowest Latin honors which can be given at Yale.
9) Kavanaugh said he had no “connections” with @YaleLawSch and he got there by the sweat of his (only cum laude) brow. Hmmmm. Not so true. Kavanaugh’s grandfather attended Yale Law School. So he’s a “legacy” student. Why would he lie about something like that?
10) Let’s explore Kavanaugh’s so-called 'lack of connection' to get into @YaleLawSch. Besides his legacy status, his mother was a trail-blazing prosecuter, adjunct professor of trial law and a judge. If you don’t think having a mom like that is a great connection...well...🤪
11) Brett Kavanaugh’s father was no slouch either. Not only was he the son of a @YaleLawSch graduate (which makes Brett a “legacy”) but he was a very influential DC lawyer who lobbied for the cosmetics industry and made his fortune.
12) So yeah…Brett Kavanaugh whining that he got to @YaleLawSch by the sweat of his brow and by busting his butt just doesn’t hold much water with me. He's no David Copperfield.
13) Then, while at @YaleLawSch, we’er hearing stories that Kavanaugh still had not mended his ways when it came to drinking heavily and abusing the fairer sex. This and Kavanaugh’s lying under oath has caused law students to cancel some classes in protest.
14) The law faculty @YaleLawSch have called for an FBI investigation in Brett Kavanaugh. Let’s hope the @FBI mounts a real investigation and not a cover-up.

15) In the past, the American Bar Association sounded its alarm over Brett Kavanaugh. The Bar warned that he was stubborn and not open-minded. Even Mitch McConnell knew that Kavenaugh’s hyper-partisan jurisprudence would make him a hard sell for #SCOTUS nomination.
16) And now the American Bar Association is joining Yale Law faculty in asking for an @FBI investigation into Kavanaugh. Again, let’s hope it’s a thorough investigation and not just “investigation-light”.
17) The @FBI may be looking into allegations of sexual misconduct, but there is so much more wrong with Kavanaugh, it’s hard to know where to start. For instance, the FBI won’t be looking into his finances which are so incredibly fishy!
18) Kavanaugh's unexplained debt payments make no sense and that sets him up for conflicts of interest. It might just be that his family has been subsidizing his expensive lifestyle (belonging to a $92,000 country club, etc). But we really don't know. motherjones.com/politics/2018/…
19) And then there’s the lying. Kavanaugh’s lying really is quite impressive. He and his Liar-In-Chief are masters of the art.
20) Senator Blumenthal had it right when he quoted the latin legal jury instruction, “falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus”. How can we believe ANYTHING Kavanaugh says when he so easily lies about even the small stuff. His lies are DISQUALIFYING FOLKS!
21) Let me end this thread with a song about Kavanaugh’s lying. The song writer is correct. If he lies about the little things, he'll lie about the big. And that's not what a #SCOTUS justice is.
