-check if you are doing anything different on different platforms eg are you following same people on fb insta and twitter.
-are you posting same thing everywhere to get more likes.

-ask yourself, what is it most you fear you want to do but cannot do because of social media, eg not able to talk to family and friends, not able to research on topics you want but dont feel have time. Not able to read for even 15 minutes a day or workout even 7 minutes (1/2)
-what is your biggest social media addiction, may be snapchat fb or insta.
-start slow, delete not so real people who are just online friends but you never met and will never meet or talk.
-unfollow pages which bombard your wall with news and info that you keep watching (1/3)
-As you start cutting out the noise, you will get more time to focus on your fears, your plans etc.
-now turning into strength part:-
Research on real people on social media who give actionable points on what to do and how to do stuff.(1/4)
-I may sound biased but twitter is a better platform for following real people as people handle their own account mostly.
-Dont follow celebs on twitter they may motivate but mostly promote their movies, brand again useless information.(1/5)
-Follow minimum people at start try to understand their whole ideology. Every twitter account focusses on main theme, some on reading books, some on health , some on coding, politics , philanthropy etc.

-Make small progress everyday and monitor your progress.
Eventually delete your Facebook and other social media accounts.
