Great show today on @wjrradio, @newsGuy760 had on Katie Fahey with @NotPoliticians discussing proposal 2. In case you missed it 👇

Following are my thoughts on the interview... Im against this BTW.
Katie seems very passionate for her cause. That is always to be admired in individuals. A few things really stuck out, as red flags, in today’s interview for me.

(I won't be don't that, sorry. ❌🚫❌)
First, absent from the conversation is both chambers in Michigan’s congress and Governor HAVE TERM LIMITS.

This is important when it’s said people are trying to remain in office. Can’t gerrymander beyond existing term limits.

Neutralizes one of the main points right there
Another; her, overly pessimistic and distorted, view of the lawmakers in Michigan, claiming, they have no accountability and do as they please. This is an egregious perversion of the truth.

I would've liked to ask Katie
"Why have these law makers at all if thats the case???"
Lastly, in her final plea to Republicans, if you will, she notes that @gretchenwhitmer is likely to be the next governor and that will be 10 years the GOP will not care for. I have a couple big issues with that very deceiving political point...
1)This is about the Legislative branch… not the executive.
2)8 years ago we had @JenGranholm so what is the point again?

Oh yeah, there really isn't one...its a trick playing on partisan emotions.

This whole proposal falls apart once you dive in. #Prop2 Sounds good on the surface, it is a huge mistake! Not unlike the very harmful 17th amendment to the United States constitution.

🚫🚫🚫 I’m voting no. 🚫🚫🚫

Bit more on that decision… 👇
