1. Thread: Julian Assange supposedly indicted.

Someone working on a motion to seal in an unrelated case, accidentally slipped in language about an Assange indictment as a bullet point. HUGE MISTAKE.

2. Let's examine: Filed on August 22, 2018- three months ago. Let's see what was in the news around that time.
3. Lots of headlines-- keep in mind this isn't conclusive, just.....interesting.
4. Now let's take a look at where this could have come from: I am uploading a video that demonstrates how the Trump campaign has argued strongly FOR Wikileaks right to publish in civil litigation. I have a hard time believing this would be a Trump sanctioned thing- call me crazy.
5. In ROY COCKRUM v. DONALD J. TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT, INC., Trumps attorneys argue in favor of Wikileaks 1st amendment protections to publish, even while the basis of their motion to dismiss was jurisdictional.
6. The case was ultimately dismissed without prejudice on those very jurisdictional issues-- but that isn't the point. It doesn't seem to me that Trump would be actively looking to prosecute Assange while also supporting his right to publish. There is a line in there about (cont)
7. (cont) actions that cause state harm in extraordinary circumstances: "The state may resort to this measure, “if at all,” only if it satisfies strict scrutiny—only where liability is “narrowly tailored to a state interest of the highest order.” One could argue they (cont)
8. (cont) gave themselves an out, but I still don't think that is a strong enough argument-- Here is what I think is more likely. Note who signed the governments motion: G. Zachary Terwilliger.
9. Terwilliger was appointed by Trump July 13, confirmed in August, and formally confirmed just this November 9th. dailyprogress.com/news/politics/…
11. That is great-- but who is the US Attorney who actually SIGNED the motion?? Kellen S. Dwyer - Interesting for a few reasons.
12. Dwyer was instrumental in this case, which also involved a prosecutor who went to work with Robert Mueller. thedailybeast.com/russian-nation…
13. Another interesting point: In the previous article shared about Terwilliger, I noticed something: "an attorney from Terwilliger's office involved in that case..." NOW, do I KNOW that Dwyer is working with the Special Counsel? No. But I will chalk this up to interesting.
14. Whoever wrote that motion also obviously had access to very sensitive speculative language or ACTUAL language about Assange being indicted. I did a video where I explain the lawsuit above in a lot of detail, and go over all of this for you as well.
15. Conclusion? Not 100% proven by any means, but it seems that the attorney that signed the motion in the unrelated case, that mentioned Assange's indict., may also be working on the Special Counsel. To me that makes more sense if the indictment is legitimate, than main justice
I meant to say “look who is LISTED on this motion” but my brain is full of 24 hours of court transcripts and fried. My deepest apologies 😩
