But if this pans out....
it is *highly likely* Judge Sullivan tosses Flynn's plea deal and dismisses these charges.
If McCabe did indeed this reccommendation. It amounts to entrapment.
1) inform the subject BEFOREHAND this interview is about a criminal matter
NONE of that happened here. Now, Flynn wasn't fooled, even though they approached him as if this was a *casual* discussion for which he didn't need a lawyer.
You know what was *also* stupid?
The narrative *anything* McCabe & Yates did here caught Flynn by surprise.
HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE THAT STRATEGIC LEAK TARGETING HIM CAME FROM.
The FBI's seventh floor.
And tonight you see incontrovertible evidence of that.
Flynn and his legal team had these documents LONG AGO from Horowitz.
They waited until TONIGHT to drop it.
WHAT does that tell you?
It's looking like what happened was, at the time, Strzok/Pientka tell Comey/McCabe "we didn't get anything" from the interview. Later, McCabe or somebody wrote a late/altered 302 & flagged it to Mueller's team for a perjury charge.
